Suspension and dismissal from Alpha Academy will occur as a last resort, only in the event that the parents, teacher, principal, and child(ren) involved can not resolve a situation. If your child has a behavioral problem, we will try very hard to work with your child. If we are not successful and it begins to effect class work, a conference will be requested. During this conference the parents and teachers will discuss the situation, allowing four (4) weeks for improvement. If needed, after four weeks another conference will be held and some final decisions will be made. If the behavioral problem persists from this point onward, a third and final conference will be called, leading to suspension or dismissal of the student
