Alpha Academy is a Christian Learning Center, located in Moorestown, New Jersey. We are located minutes from the Betsy Ross Bridge (by way of Rt. 130 North) and we are less than 5 minutes away from the Moorestown Mall.
We accept students from the age of 6 weeks (infants) through 6 years (full-day Kindergarten). We are licensed by the State of New Jersey and accredited by the New Jersey Board of Education. All of our teachers are certified in C.P.R.
Our students have been accepted and enrolled in our program; we do not accept “dropped-off” children, not even on an occasional basis. Our goals are to stimulate and develop young minds spiritually, socially, emotionally, and academically. It is important to remember that these goals can not be fulfilled unless the parent and child(ren) work together on a regular basis.
We do not have any contracts to sign and we are very proud of both are teachers and our academic programs. Our students are here because they choose to be part of our family circle, and our dedicated staff always maintain an “open mind” to new methods to better educate your child(ren).
As a Christian Learning Center, we begin our day with the Lord’s Prayer (the “Our Father”). We discuss bible stories each day and teach the children to say a little prayer before their meals. The highlight of our year is the Annual Nativity Play, when the entire school celebrates the birth of Jesus Christ. The Pre-Primary and Kindergarten children portray the Nativity at Christmas-time, and one of our infants is the Christ Child.
Alpha Academy admits students of all races, color, and creed. All students (with parental consent) are invited to participate in the activities of the school. We never have and never will discriminate on the basis of race, color, or creed in admission or scholarship policies.
