Conferences are held periodically throughout the school year; all conferences are on the premises. Sign-up charts are posted two weeks prior to conferences. Pre-Primary & Kindergarten: Conferences are mandatory for this particular class. Report cards are issued four (4) times per year. It is the policy of Alpha Academy that reports cards can not be mailed home or sent home with the child. One, or ideally, both of the child’s parents are responsible to come into the school and discuss the child’s report card and progress. Then they are sent home, but must come be signed and returned the next day. We set aside two days for conferences, four (4) times per year. Notices are posted two-weeks prior to the conference time. Our teachers are here from 8AM until 5:30PM on these days. The quarterly report card periods are in November, January, March, and May. Additional information will be available during the school year. Pre-School Conferences: Generally these conferences are held during the months of January and May. General Conferences: If you would like to set up a conference, we encourage you to contact the front office for arrangements.
