Please be advised that our Security Program is very strict. We cannot allow anyone other than the parent(s) of the child(ren) to visit them or sign them out. Anytime it is requested that someone other than the parent(s) are to pick up a child, the following regulations must be observed: a. Written authorization must be on file, complete with the parent(s) signature(s). This is accomplished by completing our blue form, “Written Authorization for Non-Custodial Parents.” b. Proper identification with a photo-ID, such as a Driver’s License, is required. The identification must have a photo of the bearer, as well as the correct address of the bearer. We will make a copy of this information and compare it with the information as reported on the “Written Authorization for Non-Custodial Parents” form. c. The person authorized to pick-up the child will sign both the photocopy of their identification, as well as our security sign-out book. *Each time someone other than the parent is to come for the child, the custodial parent must call our school and give the necessary permission. We do not have a “blanket policy” here for any child, and this will never be altered. These measures are for the best interests of your child(ren)’s safety.
